The village of Halnaker is only a 10-minute drive from Chichester and it has two of the most popular photography spots in West Sussex. The first is the Halnaker Tree Tunnel and the second is the well-known and recently restored Halnaker Windmill. Our photo of the windmill celebrates the meaning of the windmill capturing the golden field in the foreground with the leading lines leading towards the windmill. The whole photo is topped by the incredible sky and summer moon at the top of it. The photo was once again captured by Jakub Bors just before the local harvest season.

Jakub Bors:

"I love photographing structures light lighthouses and windmills. There is something about their remoteness and loneliness that attract me. This is of course same for the Halnaker Windmill, although the composition for this monument isn't very simple because of its position amongst the bushes. Finally, on my early autumn visit, I captured the view I was hoping for with the golden field at the foreground..."
